Acceptable Use Policy

LaunchPist is built to market real businesses. This policy sets out what you may not create or publish with it. If you are unsure whether something is allowed, write to us first.
1. What this covers
This policy applies to everything LaunchPist creates or publishes for you: articles, images, social posts, site fixes, and any other text or media. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
LaunchPist is an independent product built on third-party AI models. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the companies that make those models.
2. NSFW and sexual content is prohibited
You may not use LaunchPist to generate, publish, or promote:
- NSFW, explicit, pornographic, or sexually suggestive content, in text, images, or any other form.
- Nudity or fetish content.
- Marketing for adult sites, sexual services, or AI companion and romantic chatbot products.
- Any sexual content that involves, or appears to involve, a minor.
3. Other prohibited content
You may also not use LaunchPist to generate, publish, or promote:
- Illegal content, or content that promotes illegal activity.
- Hateful, harassing, or violent content, or content that encourages self-harm.
- Defamatory content, or content that infringes the rights of others.
- Deepfakes, face swaps, or content that impersonates a real person or organization.
- Malware, phishing, scams, or spam.
- False or misleading claims, including fake reviews and invented customer numbers.
4. How we enforce this
The AI models behind LaunchPist apply their own safety filters and refuse requests that break them. You remain responsible for what is published on your site and channels.
If an account or a connected site breaks this policy, we may stop generating content for it, remove content we host, and suspend or close the account under section 12 of our Terms of Service.
